                    30+ Sand Martin, Common Sandpiper,Dipper,Chiffchaff, Willow Warbler.

Heather Fly

Aka  Red Thighed St Marks Fly.  Likes upland ground. I've seen hundreds of these on the Ridgeway recently.

Noon Fly

Smart jet black fly with gold wing bases and feet.  Common and breeds in dung.

Nettle-tap Moth

About 10mm long.  Very common.

Spent an hour by the Severn in Abermule. A garden Warbler sang in the swaying branches. Best I could do pic wise ...

Also spent a short while in 1st Hide at Pwll Penarth.  The usual seen but no LRP or Redshank although a single Dunlin was spotted on the edge of a small island.
